Habersham

Habersham is a beautiful, gated neighborhood. This neighborhood
is part of the greater Hammersmith development. Unlike Hammersmith proper,
Habersham is slightly newer, has sidewalks throughout and is the only Gated neighborhood
within the larger development. There are approximately 94 residential parcels.
Habersham has a few homes just under 2500 square feet but many of its homes
range over 3000 square feet. Most of the earliest homes were built by Gooden
Homes and most if not all of these were built 2004-2011. DR Horton also built
several homes in this neighborhood and their completion dates were mostly
2013-2015. There are a few custom homes with unidentified builders, and we
discovered one that was built as late as 2020. Lots in this neighborhood are
mostly 1/3 – 1/2 of an acre but there are a few that are over 3/4 of an acre.
