Hammersmith

The greater Hammersmith development is made up of Hammersmith, Abernathy, and Habersham. These three neighborhoods share an entrance at the intersection of Berryhill Rd. and West Spencer Field Rd. Of these three, Hammersmith proper was the first and largest with approximately 192 residential parcels. Within the neighborhood, Gooden Homes have a large presence and Celebrity Home Builders have a small showing.  Regarding the remaining builders, a significant portion of the neighborhood has custom-built or otherwise unidentified builders. Most of the homes were built from 1996-2012. We found homes ranging in size from 2125 square feet to 4136 square feet, but an estimated mean average would be around 2600 square feet. The lot sizes range around 1/4 to just over 1/3 of an acre, but some special lots (mainly cul-de-sac) are over half an acre.
