Pace Mill Creek

Pace Mill Creek is a large Henry Home subdivision near Dixon Intermediate and Sims Middle School. It contains close to 280 residential parcels and was built in four phases. Phase 3-A is the oldest, followed by phase 2, then Phase 3-B and Phase 4 has the most recently completed homes. For the most part, homes in the neighborhood were completed between 2009 and 2021. Home sizes also seem to be similar throughout the development with no apparent pattern within any one phase. We have identified homes as small as 1882 square feet and as large as 2956 square feet. Most of the streets within Pace Mill Creek have sidewalks, the exception being Buckwheat Way and Covered Bridge Ln.
