Winners Gait  

Winners Gait is a medium-sized neighborhood just south of Berryhill Rd. The neighborhood contains 166 residential parcels. It is within walking distance of Benny Russell Park and the Spencer Field loop. This neighborhood boasts streets with sidewalks on both sides. The two main entrances are off West Spencer Field Rd. with a rear exit on the east side of the neighborhood.

Most of the neighborhood was constructed between 2009 and 2020. The earliest homes were built by DR Horton, but as the neighborhood progressed Celebrity Home Builders and Adams of NW FL built several homes in this development. Lot sizes are primarily 1/4 to 1/3 of an acre and homes sizes are 2200 to 3200 square feet with both single story and two-story homes mixed into the neighborhood.
